The purpose of this study is to analyze the problem areas that affect the international trade capacity of Turkey and to assess the areas that need improvement and especially the impact of railways on the logistics performance. The logistics performance index (LPI) published biannually by the World Bank is the first source to make comparison among countries. Logistics has a significant contribution to these indicators. Abstract: The most important indicators of a country's economic performance are gross domestic product (GDP), economic growth and trade volume.
